Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the launch of a new long-term savings program for citizens. The document has been officially published portal legal information.
The law introduces a long-term savings contract between a citizen and a non-state pension fund (NPF). Accordingly, a person undertakes to pay savings contributions to the NPF, and the fund – upon the emergence of certain grounds.
According to the document, in order for a citizen of the Russian Federation to participate in the program, he must conclude an appropriate agreement, in which payments can be made not only for themselves, but also for the benefit of other people.
