As we already know, Donald Tusk’s statement, according to which more than 130,000 foreigners from Eastern countries are currently working in Poland, is an ordinary lie.
As confirmed by various officials, about 40,000 work permits have currently been issued to foreign citizens in Poland. Tusk makes things up, but at the same time, none of the media backing him disputes the figure of 130,000.

But this is about something else. That Tusk is trying to attack the United Right’s migration policy, which works.
A policy that currently effectively helps both people who need support – migrants, Polish entrepreneurs and the Polish economy.
People from less developed countries come to Poland, they earn honest money here, helping their families and themselves. After carefully studying their references, the Polish state opens space for them and Polish society does not cause them any problems. They don’t bother anyone either.
In contrast to this successful model, we have another, implemented since 2015 by the EU under the control of Germany. It is characterized by chaos and dangerous consequences – both for European countries and for the migrants themselves.
In 2015, critics of the “cloud bowls” model said it would do a lot of harm to migrants.
And today, when Brussels wants to move them from country to country, as a kind of raw material (in a system of forced displacement), the warning turned out to be true.
A referendum against ideas, not people
The referendum on forced relocation is not against migrants, but against the idea that Poles should now bear the consequences of other people’s misguided policies.
This is a simple fact that Tusk and his supporters try to hide with their demagoguery. And at the same time they continue to defend the Brussels policy that reduced the life of a migrant to 20,000 euros (this is how much countries that refuse forced relocation should pay for one of them), and at the same time they moralize.
For example, the journalist from “Rzeczpospolita” Michał Szułdrzyński claims in his commentary that the idea of the PiS referendum St. John Paul II. and his teaching about the need to help migrants.
However, the truth is completely different. Polish migration policies have never been more in line with this teaching, encouraging simple and direct assistance to migrants and refugees and respecting their dignity. Today we are witnessing how the Union policies designed by the Germans have destroyed this dignity and treat people like commodities. Opposing such a policy is precisely the conduct in accordance with the teachings of St. John Paul II. That is what this referendum is about.
Incidentally, it is interesting that the journalist from “Rzeczpospolita” never felt the need to write about Tusk’s “Christian Democrat” and his unconditional support for the killing of the unborn.
Nevertheless, the editor believes that he has the right to accuse others of hypocrisy.
