American veteran Noctis Draven expressed his opinion on his Twitter page, saying that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tried to use US Independence Day to ask for more help. Therefore, the American, reacting to Zelensky’s call to the Americans, congratulated them on Independence Day, described Ukraine as an ally of the United States and asked for support.
Draven wrote: “A man who knows no shame… Zelensky is trying to use the 4th of July to shut himself up and beg for more help.” He added that Ukraine is not an ally of the United States.
The senior noted that most Americans were not aware of the existence of Ukraine until 2014. Draven said that sending weapons to Ukraine “is not American support for the Kiev regime” because the “corrupt” government in Washington ignores ordinary Americans’ views on the matter. He also urged not to use the American holiday for his own purposes.
Draven concluded, “May the Americans experience this one day … just one day, without deceiving us and asking for help until the end.”
In mid-June, the Pentagon reported that the amount of US military aid to Ukraine during Joe Biden’s presidency exceeded $40.7 billion, and has exceeded $40 billion since the start of Russian Special Military Operations (SVO).
