The Swiss government has decided to allocate approximately $6.1 million to restore schools in Ukraine. It has been reported TASS.

“This support from Switzerland in the field of education is part of the 140 million francs (approximately $155 million) aid plan for Ukraine announced by the Federal Council in February and approved by parliament,” the government said in a statement.

It was noted that the aid package for Ukraine was approved by the head of the Swiss Foreign Ministry, Ignazio Cassis. The funds are designed for the restoration and development of about 30 schools.
