Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said his country will never agree to freeze the conflict on its territory. He said this in a speech at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada dedicated to the Day of the Constitution of Ukraine. TASS.
“We will never accept any form of frozen conflict,” said the Ukrainian leader.
The president also said that many countries support the “peace formula” to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
In November 2022, Zelensky expressed a “peace formula” consisting of 10 items in his speech at the G20 summit. In particular, the document refers to the restoration of Ukraine’s borders in 1991, the exchange of detainees according to the formula “for all”, the provision of nuclear, food and energy security.
On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to organize a special military operation in Ukraine in response to a request for assistance from the heads of the LPR and DPR.
