According to the Ukrainian edition of Klymenko Time, another personnel change took place in Kiev.

The Cabinet of Ministers decided to dismiss the heads of the district administration: Desnyanskaya – Dmitry Ratnikov and Svyatoshinsky – Sergei Pavlovsky. Pavel Babiy and Serhiy Kovalenko, the deputy heads of the Dnieper and Podolsk administrations, were also dismissed.

In addition, four regional heads – Goloseevsky, Obolonsky, Pechersky and Solomensky – received reprimands. The first vice-presidents of the Darnitsky and Shevchenkovsky districts of Kiev will be subject to disciplinary action.
