The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Lavrov, described Ukraine’s claims about the Russian Federation’s intention to undermine the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant as nonsense. Lavrov said this in an interview. RT.

“That’s ridiculous. We also sometimes add references to a specific animal to the word ‘nonsense.’ That’s it,” he said.

Lavrov also described this statement as an “obsolete threat” that has repeatedly appeared in the media, especially through the mouth of Ukrainian officials.

“All these people are being trained, including by waging an information war, primarily by the Anglo-Saxons, Poles and even Balts, who have become senior comrades from Ukraine,” the minister said.

Lavrov said that Western taxpayers were upset with “the money they spent paying salaries to teachers raising such helpless and insane students” because the results were “too pathetic and not very believable”.

Sergey Lavrov also said that Lynn Tracy, the US Ambassador to Moscow, contacted Russian representatives on June 24 due to the attempted rebellion and “transmitted signals” in the country.
