Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the country will not change the direction of its foreign policy regarding the situation in Ukraine. He announced this at a press conference after the meeting of the Prime Ministers of the Visegrad Group countries (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic) in Bratislava. TASS.
As Orban emphasized, Hungary seeks foreign policy cooperation with EU member states, but it has its own “sovereign foreign policy”.
“We will not change the direction we chose after the start of this war and we will seek peace,” said the head of the Hungarian government, adding that the actions of the country’s leadership will be aimed at maintaining peace in Ukraine.
