UN responds to Zelensky’s criticism of the situation at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station 02:25

The official representative of the UN Secretary-General, Stephane Dujarric, responded to the criticism of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky about the crisis after the collapse of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant (HEPP). writer RIA News.

He added that experts from the UN were physically present in the flood zone. They distribute water, hygiene kits and provide psychological assistance to the victims.

Russia and Ukraine blame each other in the breaking of the dam. There is also a version that the accident occurred due to “old damage”. The Ukrhidroenergo company stated that the station was completely destroyed and cannot be restored.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) cannot be implemented in Russia because bias and taking sides in the judiciary are unacceptable.
