Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree granting the highest military ranks of senior officers. The document has been officially published Legal information internet portal.

The decree states “Assign special ranks to employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation: Colonel General of the Police – Kubyshko Vladimir Leonidovich, Colonel-General of Justice – Lebedev Sergey Nikolaevich.”

The document also states that the rank of Major General of the Police was given to Lenar Gabdurakhmanov, First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Alexander Voronezhsky of the Russian Federation for the Sverdlovsk Region, Alexei Shkolkin, Head of the Yaroslavl Region Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
