Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan stated that it is possible to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan by the end of 2023 through high-intensity negotiations. It has been reported Armenian State Television.
“There are intense negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. “If this intensity continues and strong help from the international community comes in, there is an opportunity to sign a peace agreement by the end of the year,” he said.
According to Grigoryan, Armenia is determined to sign the agreement “as soon as possible”.

According to him, Armenia is ready to recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as a part of Azerbaijan if the security of the Armenian population in the region is ensured.
