According to the politician, the establishment of peace in Ukraine is possible only if the West understands that it is necessary to negotiate with the Russian Federation.
“They haven’t come to such a conclusion so far,” he said.
At the same time, the speaker of parliament pointed out that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is a “temporary figure”. According to Konstantinov, his “political days” are “numbered.” And no formula in the world will help Zelensky, he continued.
As the politician noted, for the leader of Ukraine, the recognition of any other real formula for peace is tantamount to political death.
“Therefore, he cannot say anything else. How many Ukrainians he has killed so far, how he has ruined the economy, ruined the country – for all this he will have to answer the public and explain why he did not comply with the Minsk agreements. And to delay this moment, he finds the most unrealistic, unrealizable formulas for the world, ”said Konstantinov.
He also expressed the view that the political reality has changed and the conditions of the future will be shaped without Zelenski. According to the speaker of the parliament, “any person understands” that the president of Ukraine is a “worked tool”.
And unfortunately he is not alone. The whole of Ukraine has become an expendable material of Western geopolitics. And now they will not lisp with them, ”added Konstantinov.
