Civic platform is preparing for the June 4 march and has apparently decided to give the impression that the ruling party is very afraid of this event and will therefore try to make it difficult. “Police officers from Poviat headquarters are calling carriers asking if they are planning a trip to Warsaw on Sunday, and who is going, at what time and who ordered the bus,” PO spokesman Jan Grabiec wrote on Twitter. The deputy head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Maciej Wąsik, replied to the politician.
Grabiec: The police in the service of the party
Police in the service of the party: Police officers from Poviat headquarters call carriers asking if they are planning a trip to Warsaw on Sunday and who is going, at what time and who ordered the bus
– Jan Grabiec, spokesman for the Civic Platform, wrote on Twitter, without giving details, for example from which courier and from which command he received such calls.
This is of course not true. Either Mr. Jan Grabiec is lying, or someone informs mr. Grabiec wrong, and he passes the disinformation without verification. Anyway: nonsense
– replied the State Secretary of the Ministry of Interior and Administration Maciej Wąsik.
“Perhaps there were such customs in Sienkiewicz’s time”
MP Grabiec, however, decided to back down.
Either you’re lying or you don’t know what’s going on with the police
– He wrote.
The police chief confirmed: they will carry out inspections of buses going to the march on June 4, and the letter about this came “from above”
he said, without giving details.
Deputy Minister Wąsik apparently verified the information, as he replied:
To you, lying is like spitting. Don’t measure everyone by your yardstick. Neither @MSWiA_GOV_PL nor KG @PolskaPolicja nor any of the provincial commanders have issued any such orders. Neither in writing nor orally. Perhaps there were such customs in Sienkiewicz’s time
For some reason, the PO MP has not continued this discussion until now. Perhaps he was preparing for the march.
