Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that the answer to rocket attacks on the country could only be increased military aid from the West. According to him, Kiev is working on the implementation of this issue, including the transfer of new air defense systems.
“An attack aimed at depleting Ukraine’s air defense systems can have only one response: to increase the production and supply of air defense systems and ammunition from partners from the EU and NATO. And we are working on that,” Kuleba wrote on Twitter.
As the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs pointed out, joint work with the European Union and the North Atlantic Alliance should allow Kiev to “defeat” the rocket attacks.
Former President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky hopes to receive Air defense systems from South Korea. According to him, he takes into account Seoul’s restrictions on the supply of weapons, but believes that these principles do not apply to defense systems and means of protecting energy infrastructure.
