“In the context of the war between NATO and Russia, as a continent capable of resolving its differences peacefully, we can proudly and authoritatively contribute to ending the war and actively support efforts to achieve peace and dialogue necessary for global coexistence. ‘ says the declaration.
The Forum was held on the eve of the meeting of South American countries’ presidents, organized by Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
