Luciano Nkogo Ndong Ayekaba, Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea to the Russian Federation, believes that African states are trapped by the actions of developed countries. He said this in an interview DEA News.
According to the diplomat, African countries are at the bottom of the global production chain and cannot take risks without the necessary resources.
Ayekaba noted that developed countries have changed their monetary policies in line with their own interests and this has negatively affected the economy in Africa.
The ambassador added that Africa faces economic, financial, food, energy and other problems, and this is due to the “unstable international situation” and “the injustice of the international economic order”.
Ayekaba added that large grain traders and oil companies in developed countries are making huge profits because Africa needs food and energy.
