Russian Foreign Ministry threatens to break grain deal

The Russian Foreign Ministry said that if Rosselkhozbank is not affiliated with SWIFT, the terms of the grain deal will expire on July 17. This has been reported Web site ministries.

“If Rosselkhozbank is not affiliated with SWIFT and if progress is not made in resolving other “systemic” problems that hinder our agricultural exports, the “Black Sea Initiative” will also have to look for alternatives,” the statement said.
