“We are open to discussing any peace initiative if they respect two principles: they do not make regional concessions and they do not lead to a freeze in conflict instead of peace,” the call said.
The minister recalled that Ukraine has provided the “peace formula” and can only be the basis of any peace effort. He invited African countries to take part in its implementation.
