Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told Evan Gershkovich, a reporter for the American newspaper The Wall Street, who is imprisoned in Russia, that the US Embassy’s decision to allow or deny consular access depends on the situation. He told this to reporters DEA News.
