UN Secretary General Deputy Representative Farhan Haq said that the joint coordination center (GCC) in Turkey approved the transit of new ships to Ukrainian ports for the first time since 4 May. It has been reported TASS.

“SKC has allowed new ships to join the Black Sea initiative for the first time since 4 May. SKC today approved three new ships to Odessa and Chornomorsk,” said Haq.

According to him, three more ships left Ukrainian ports, and two of them are preparing for inspection in Istanbul. “We urge the parties to ensure that they approve the transit of ships in all three ports to fully exploit the potential and meet current needs,” Haq said.

Former Russian Foreign Ministry named five conditions, without which the grain deal will be terminated after 17 July. According to the ministry, it is necessary to reconnect Rosselkhozbank to SWIFT, supply spare parts, unblock transport logistics and insurance, revitalize the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline and dissolve the assets of Russian companies.
