British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak claims that Britain’s exit from the European Union (Brexit) has brought cheaper beer and hygiene products to bars. It has been reported Guard.
“We’ve changed excise taxes on alcohol, which means you can get cheaper beer in bars this summer,” the politician said, adding that this is a key asset of Brexit.
According to Sunak, Brexit has had a positive impact on the country’s economy, fueling its growth, and the income of the British population now “significantly exceeds” expectations.
He added that another merit of Brexit is the reduction of VAT on hygienic products and the opening of special economic zones with tax incentives and reduced tariffs for businesses.
