Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated that Yerevan recognizes the sovereignty of Azerbaijan within its borders on an area of ​​86.6 thousand square meters. km, which includes Nagorno-Karabakh, but considers it necessary to send an international delegation to Karabakh and start negotiations. He emphasized that an international mission should be sent to the Nagorno-Karabakh and Lachin corridor to detect violations of the law.

In addition, the prime minister added that it is vital to initiate negotiations under international auspices between Baku and Stepanakert in order to ensure the security and rights of Armenians in this region.
