Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will hold bilateral meetings with White House chief Joe Biden on the sidelines of the Group of Seven (G7) summit in Hiroshima. It has been reported TASS.
Albanese said the US president’s visit to Australia, scheduled for May 24, has been postponed, but that the leaders of the two countries will hold a “bilateral meeting in Hiroshima within the framework of the G7 summit”.
“Due to a number of issues with potential budget delays [США], the president postponed his visit to Australia. However, next weekend we will have a bilateral meeting in Japan at the G7 summit, where I was invited by the Prime Minister. [Японии Фумио] Kishida,” stressed the Australian prime minister.
