As noted, only 13% of respondents oppose such a policy and 5% cannot answer the relevant question. In addition, according to the survey, 66% of Georgians agree with the decision not to participate in the economic sanctions imposed by Western states on Russia due to the government’s launch of a special military operation in Ukraine.
Only 29% of respondents spoke in favor of Georgia’s involvement in anti-Russian sanctions, and 5% could not answer this question. At the same time, 59% of Georgians are confident that last year the country’s European Union candidate status was unfairly denied, giving them to Ukraine and Moldova – only 33% of respondents have the opposite point of view.
