Joachim Brudziński published the contents of the preliminary summons against Wojciech Czuchnowski from “Gazeta Wyborcza”. This is the aftermath of an article about the alleged participation of a state-owned company in the renovation of the private apartment of a PiS MEP.
Brudziński responded to an article published in “GW” about PHH’s alleged participation in the renovation of the Law and Justice MEP’s apartment. The journalist from “Wyborcza” referred to the correspondence between Brudziński and the president of PHH.
In 2020, Polski Holding Hotelowy took care of the renovation of Joachim Brudziński’s luxury apartment in Warsaw
says Czuchnowski.
Brudzinski’s response
The Law and Justice MEP has published the contents of the summons to the trial regarding Czuchnowski’s article. In it, Brudziński’s lawyer summons a journalist from “Gazeta Wyborcza” to publish an apology in “GW” and the gazeta.pl portal, among other things.
Brudziński also expects PLN 30,000 to be paid to the Hospice of St. John the Evangelist in Szczecin.
The document also contains a request to stop publishing Joachim Brudziński’s private life.
It is the right and duty of journalists to look at the hands of politicians, but no one has given Mr. Czuchnowski the right to talk to me and my family and attack me and my family with accusations so full that ” the teeth hurt”. I’ll see you in court
– we read in the post of Joachim Brudziński, which he shared on Twitter.
