The life of Georgia’s former president Mikheil Saakashvili is not in danger. This was expressed by Zurab Chkhaidze, the director of the Vivamed clinic, where the politician was treated.

Chkhaidze explained that due to Saakashvili’s refusal to do so, doctors would not be able to provide a full-fledged treatment. “There is no threat to life, but various complications are expected if you continue to refuse medical prescriptions,” said the director of Vivamed.
