The Russian Embassy in Serbia expressed its condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the school attack in Belgrade. It has been reported TASS.
“The Russian Embassy in Belgrade offers its deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the terrible tragedy that occurred today at the Vladislav Rybnikar school. Together with our Serbian brothers and sisters, we mourn, pray and wish a speedy recovery to those affected.
On May 3, a 14-year-old teenager opened fire on a primary school in Belgrade, killing nine and injuring seven more. It was later learned that the shooter would not face criminal charges as he had not yet reached the minimum age for criminal liability.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic declarationthat the teenager who arranged for the shooting was placed in a special psychiatric unit.
Also Vucic presented lowering the minimum age of criminal responsibility to 12.
