Last year Poland persistently demanded that Russia hand over its school lands. It has been reported TASS at the Russian diplomatic mission in the republic.
“Over the past year, Polish authorities have been more and more insistent in demanding that buildings and school land be transferred to Polish State Property,” the embassy said.
They also recalled that in April last year, the Polish side seized one of the buildings of the Russian diplomatic mission.
“Therefore, we did not rule out that they would act in the same way in relation to the school,” the diplomatic mission said.
On the morning of April 29, Polish authorities began forcibly confiscating the school building at the Russian Embassy in Warsaw. Thereupon, the authorities gave the employees of the institution until 19:00 Moscow time on the same day to collect their belongings and leave the building.
By contrast, the Russian Embassy in Poland delivery protest note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic due to the confiscation of the school building.
