What are bloggers accused of?

Earlier, the League filed an appeal with Roskomnadzor and the Federal Tax Office regarding the illegal distribution of advertisements for online casinos and bookmakers.

The organization believes that bloggers specially created Telegram channels in order to transfer their subscribers there and not risk their “main” accounts on social networks. Every blogger has a unique referral link and for each click they get 50% of the money lost by the subscriber.

At the same time, advertising is created “with the help of psychological tricks,” as League points out. The organization reminds that, according to the federal law “State Regulation on the Regulation and Enforcement of Gambling”, such activities using the Internet are prohibited.
