From one month to ten days. Reducing the time it takes for both the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education to take the emergency route to approve the language requirement. The aim is that the double decree regulating the Valencian requirement level according to the degrees of administrative staff and the ratification of the C1 (former mitjà) when receiving the Baccalaureate, enter into force in the autumn oppositions of 2023.

Once the political deal is settled, everything is a matter of bureaucratic deadlines. And one of the most worrying is his time at Consell Jurídic Consultiu. Two decrees have not yet passed through this body, both the approval decree subordinate to the Ministry of Education and the Valencian-level decree in the public function subordinate to Justice. The first is already registered in the organization, the second is not yet. However, the “urgent” stamp at the top of the document will allow it to be expedited.

According to the Consell Jurídic Consultiu Law, “when the urgency of the opinion is stated in the referral document of the files, the maximum time for giving the opinion will be ten days.” Both the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education have confirmed that they will go with the request for immediate action.

On an interim basis, the Law Council convenes its plenary session every Wednesday, in which it gives its opinion on registered projects. If approval is given on Wednesday, you can go to the “consellet” the next day and go to Consell’s plenary meeting, where it will be approved on Friday; In the following competitions, B and C1 grades apply, and those who prefer C2 scales apply to B1.
