Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, “translated” the words of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg about Ukraine’s place in the alliance.

According to Medvedev, the words “over time” mean that Ukraine can join the alliance when part of its territory belongs to Poland, Hungary and Romania.
