Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, at a press conference in Venezuela, answered a question about the White House’s reaction to Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira’s statements regarding Ukraine, and said that the United States considers it possible to decide in any case.
Vieira had previously disagreed with Washington’s criticism, which accused the Brazilian leadership of repeating Russia and China’s stance on the situation in Ukraine. The White House said it was surprised by such a reaction from Brazil.
“The United States considers itself competent to decide in any situation. They themselves are not subject to jurisdiction, as it seems to them, Lavrov said.
