The Higher School of Justice responded to a critical article in oko.press. As we read in the message, the university believes that the portal misleads readers.
The oko.press article is about alleged irregularities related to the functioning of the university and mismanagement of funds from the Justice Fund.
In the press material of the OKO.press portal entitled “OUR NEWS. NIK reviewed SWWS. PLN 30 million from the Ziobro fund for the Ziobro school”, published on April 12 this year, contained false and manipulated information about the post-inspection statement of the Supreme Court They violate the good name of the Higher School of Justice

The allegation that the school misused the funds of the Justice Fund is completely unfounded. In fact, all control and supervision mechanisms have been applied. It was the university authorities who came to the conclusion that the project carried out with the support of the Fund may not be effective in the circumstances of the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, a responsible decision has been made to temporarily stop the program in order to avoid the sunk cost drop. Until then, all costs incurred were carried out in accordance with the project budget
