I hope that we will use the potential of the port in Świnoujście to export grain; there are large warehouses here that are not fully loaded – said the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Robert Telus in Szczecin on Thursday. He stated that he exported 4 million tons of grain from Poland.
“I understand the protesters”
Protests are very important and I understand the protesters

Not just to get rid of them, but to solve the problems, the problems of agriculture

Will the potential of the port of Świnoujście be exploited?

No, if farmers annoyed me, I wouldn’t be Secretary of Agriculture. Farmers don’t bother me. I am for farmers, for their problems, to solve these problems together
he assured.
When asked if he sees the potential of the Port of Świnoujście, Telus replied:
As for Świnoujście, I hope we will use it, because there are large warehouses here that are not completely full.
The Agriculture Minister pointed out that there was a meeting with Infrastructure Minister Andrzej Adamczyk on this subject on Wednesday.
All ports met. We have information where (…) we have a reserve, where we can use it and we will use it to the maximum

We managed to download 17 million tons of coal in the fall, and in a very difficult situation. Today we want to export 4 million (grains – PAP) – this is a big difference.
