The Federation Council passed the law on the unified registry of military records and electronic agendas. It has been reported TASS.
The document makes it possible for those who have military service obligations to be notified by electronic summons and restricts the rights of citizens who receive summons but do not come to the military registration and summons office.
The bill was supported by 163 senators, one of whom voted against it.
On April 11, the State Duma adopted at the second and third readings amendments to the creation of a unified electronic register of military registers and electronic agendas. The bill was passed despite the objections of some lawmakers: they complained that they did not have time to carefully study all the 60-page changes.
