He was born in Alicante in 1975 and graduated from Alicante University in Economics. He holds a Master’s in Portfolio Management at the Options and Futures Institute and worked as a mutual and pension fund manager at Gestora CAM from 2000 to 2010.
His personal and professional career has been associated with sports. He was actually a professional basketball player. Gallego was president of Lucentum SAD from 2013 to 2015 and has been president of the Lucentum Foundation since 2015. Moreover, Since the merger of the Fundación Lucentum and Club de Fútbol Intercity at the end of 2021, Gallego is CEO of CF Intercity, underlining his project in Alicante that combines “professional passions, sports and the stock market”.
