Polyansky pointed out that there are proposals to change the structure of the Security Council. In particular, some countries want to increase the number of participating countries. Moscow, for example, offers to increase membership to 20 members.
But as the diplomat noted, there is a risk that one of the key bodies “will turn into a talking shop”.
