The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a specialist for the position of senior adviser on democracy and public administration in Moldova, offered up to $152,000 per year for the job. It has been reported RT.
The document states that the advisor’s duties will be to follow important developments in the field of politics and reforms. The purpose of this is to ensure that the programs developed by USAID address specific needs, perspectives, and challenges.
In addition, the expert will need to liaise with local people, international organisations, the private sector and relevant persons in the Moldovan state apparatus, as well as inform stakeholders in Washington.
However, applicants can only be US citizens or individuals or persons with permanent residence in the US.
The contract is renewable up to four times a year, from May 1, 2023 to May 1, 2024.
