Russia’s permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said that the chances of an agreement to ensure the safety of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant are not very high, but they are not. He reported that TASS.
“Of course the chances of reaching an agreement remain, but they are not so great yet,” said Ulyanov.
In his opinion, the issue of providing the Zaporizhzhya NPP is based on the negative position of the Ukrainian leadership.
