TV channel Fox News calculated the maximum possible penalty threatening former US President Donald Trump following the indictment.
According to journalists, Trump could face up to 136 years in prison. However, they suggested that the original sentence would be lighter.

It was noted that if the falsification is an attempt to cover up another crime, it will be considered a crime with a maximum sentence of four years.
