UN Secretary-General António Guterres does not intend to interfere with the question of whether Russia should withdraw from the Presidency of the Security Council at the April meetings on Ukraine. According to him, the meeting will focus on the measures taken by Russia “to protect minors from shelling by the Ukrainian armed forces.”
It was also reported that the mandatory evacuation of children and people with reduced mobility was announced in Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region due to the “instability of the security situation”.
