In an emotionally unstable world, there are fewer and fewer things that are stable and certain. Frankly, it seems like a plan to turn sentient people into passive amoebas, reshape them, and push them all sorts of things for a price. That’s why real authorities are attacked, that’s why decent media stays on the defensive. Today I ask for your help, I declare that we will repay you with work for our common good.
I encourage you to subscribe to the digital weekly “Sieci” – THE EASIEST TO DO HERE. Here is a title that you know well, that regulates certain matters, that does not hesitate to fight for matters that are important to Poland and the Poles. We understand that Poland is serious businessI’m pleased to note that this is a clear priority on our list of common reader issues.
I deliberately use the slogan of some opposition politicians to make you aware that words are important, but even when they are most attractive, without substance they mean nothing. Even more important are the actions that follow. “Truth is the agreement of words with deeds,” said Fr. Jerzy Popieluszko. An authority that has yet to be dealt with, but I have no doubt that the time will come to attack it as well.
Going back to words, in the last issue of the weekly “Sieci” Marek Pyza scrutinized just one speech by Donald Tusk from Żywiec. And he found 13 really big lies in it. He didn’t even count the smaller ones, he described the most serious ones. This is how we want to approach politics, analyze it, check words, restore their true meaning, remind you of what happened in the past and provide you with texts for which we take full responsibility. So I don’t encourage you to take our word for it, take us under the microscope, we are not afraid to be verified.

I believe that responsible, Polish and pro-Polish media is a value that will weigh at the time of trial. These words can return more than once to the autumn elections, because more than once we will talk about whether Polish affairs are going well or whether something needs to change. This debate is necessary, even necessary, but I want to participate in it honestly, with a real balance of the past eight years, without closing my eyes to what happened before.
Today we are faced with an unprecedented attack on John Paul II, it is up to us (journalists and readers) to defend his authority. Shall we allow this anchor to be snatched from us? Have you ever wondered what this attack is for? Who will win in tearing apart Polish unity? Who will not hesitate to use the most despicable lie?
Yes, this is the time when you need to give something of yourself. I ask that you consider our appeal (we don’t do it often) not as a donation to those in need, but as an investment in our common future. Poland will win, we will win. All.
Again, I encourage you to subscribe to the digital weekly “Sieci” – THE EASIEST TO DO HERE.
