Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Moraveccius said he will ask the EU about Ukrainian grain that fills the European Union market »Polish television“.
“The issue that strongly unites Poland and Romania at the last European Council summit is the grain problem coming from Ukraine to the countries of Eastern Europe. Morawiecki said at a meeting with his Romanian colleagues in Bucharest that this grain should go to Africa and the Middle East, as promised by the European Commission.
Morawiecki blamed “procedural shortcomings and inaction on certain points” for the problem.
Previously, farmers organized in Szczecin, Poland protest Ukraine is against the grain flow and is demanding negotiations with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.
The report says the protest was scheduled for a month. Farmers’ demands include crisis protection for agricultural producers and pledges on grain imported from Ukraine.
