EU member states have approved a voluntary reduction of gas consumption by 15%. Document adopted by the EU Council of Energy Ministers, reports TASS.

“The European Council decided to extend the validity of the decision to voluntarily reduce gas consumption by 15% for the next 12 months, until March 31, 2024 (compared to the average of the last 5 years. – socialbites.ca) ”, the statement reads in the document.
