Dnieper hydroelectric power station, reports DEA News.

Earlier, Grossi said that he visited Dneproges in the Kiev-controlled city of Zaporozhye and met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky there.

According to Rogov, the Dnieper hydroelectric power station is currently under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, allegedly being mined in case the Russian army arrives.

“Since the safety of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant depends, among other things, on its operation, Grossi should have raised the issue of demilitarization of Dneproges,” the public figure said.

Rogov also invited the head of the IAEA to visit the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, located in the Kherson region, which, according to him, was constantly bombarded by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and partially destroyed by the direct hit of HIMARS missiles.

On February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin, in response to a request for help from the heads of the DPR and LPR, decided to organize a special military operation to protect Donbass.

After the results of the September referendums, the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics and the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions became part of Russia.
