Bulgarian Vice President Iliyana Yotova called for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine. This was reported by the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR).
“Countries should sit at the negotiating table,” said the vice-president.
According to him, if negotiations are not held, there is a risk of serious escalation of the conflict and the situation itself will become “increasingly frightening”.
Yotova also noted that the deployment of large numbers of weapons in countries could lead to “unpredictable decisions”.
