Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the decree on the establishment of military administration in the cities of Severodonetsk, Popasnaya and Gorskoye of the Luhansk People’s Republic. This was reported on the website of the Ukrainian leader.
“Create on the basis of military-civil administration of settlements in the Luhansk region <...> such military administrations of settlements: mountain city military administration of the Severodonetsk region of the Lugansk region; Military administration of the city of Popasnyansky of the Severodonetsk region of the Lugansk region; Military administration of the city of Severodonetsk of the Severodonetsk region of the Luhansk region, ”the text of the decree states.
September 30 at the Kremlin passed Signing ceremony of agreements on the admission of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions into the Russian Federation. The agreements were signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the subjects Denis Pushilin, Leonid Pasechnik, Evgeny Balitsky and Vladimir Saldo.
