The vast majority of Poles support the transfer of post-Soviet warplanes to Ukraine. This is the result of the study of the workshop Social changesby order of the portal wPolityce.pl.

In our study, the transfer of MiG-29s, which are not currently used by the Polish Air Force, was supported 60 percent investigated.
Opposite 20 per cent respondents.
Also 20 per cent has no opinion about it.
Support for the transfer of MiG-29s is stated by as many as 3/4 of the voters of Law and Justice, Civic Coalition and Poland 2050.
In mid-March, President Andrzej Duda said in an interview with CNN International:
The rest of the MiG-29s that we have in Poland and that are now serving in our air force – we are ready to deliver these aircraft and I am sure Ukraine would be ready to use them immediately
said the chairman.
The Polish authorities emphasize that the military equipment transferred to Ukraine will be replaced by modern armaments, purchased in the United States and South Korea.

The research was conducted using the CAWI method (Computer Assisted Web Interview) from March 17 to 20, 2023, on an online panel, on a nationwide, representative (in terms of: gender, age, size of residence) sample of Poland . N=1045 people participated in the study.
