As she reported, Paweł P., who was imprisoned in this case, was charged with “the use of force due to political beliefs, violation of the victim’s immunity, as well as damage to property in the form of a telephone.”
The prosecutor also reported that the suspect had pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. The man also explained. However, their contents are under the secrecy of the investigation at this stage.
The court did not take into account the request of the public prosecutor for pre-trial detention of the suspect.
