Commenting on the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken drew attention to the fact that his country is not a member of the ICC. He announced this at a hearing in the US Senate, reports DEA News.
U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham asked Blinken the appropriate question, demanding that Putin be arrested if he came to the United States.
Blinken replied, “We are not members of the ICC,” adding that Putin has no plans to travel to the United States yet.
